Louver Privacy Panels are designed to be used on ornamental pickets to keep an area private or to redirect a breeze. The panels are made of P.V.C. plastic with U.V. and embrittlement resistors similar to siding for houses.
The louver panels can be turned to open up a scenic view or to change the direction of a breeze.
The louver panels are flexible and easy to install. Just use a miter saw with the blade reversed, or a band saw, to cut to the correct height, and snap onto the picket.
